As athletes we invest a great amount of time in training with the goal of achieving a desired outcome. Where are you investing your time?
 
Coach's Tip: Choose a “typical” day and keep a log of time spent on various responsibilities, pleasures, and tasks. It is not about judging how we spend our time. It is about becoming aware of how we manage our time investment. As the saying goes, “That which is measured improves.”
