Axes is offering two FREE 8-week programs: Off-Season Strength Training and Off-Season Swim Build, both designed for triathletes and endurance athletes. Make the most of your off-season and start to get stronger and faster for 2023 - for free!

OFF-SEASON STRENGTH TRAINING

This 8-week program is specifically designed to help endurance athletes build power, which is the foundation for speed, through neural-muscular adaptation, increased motor unit recruitment, and improved motor unit synchronization. We will include links to videos demonstrating the exercises prescribed, as well as an equipment list and explanation for how to understand the sessions.

OFF-SEASON SWIM BUILD

This 8-week swim build consists of two 4-week cycles (three weeks of progression followed by a week of recovery) and is designed to improve common technique challenges, build endurance, and increase speed. Each week includes three sessions. We also include links to videos demonstrating the drills prescribed, as well as an equipment list and explanation for how to understand the sessions.
